The “Pandemic” is actually a PLANdemic. A document titled “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development,” released by the Rockefeller Foundation in 2010 predicted how a pandemic can be used as an excuse to establish global authoritarian power.

Also: 6 months before the plandemic started, “Event 201” took place. This was a simulation on how a pandemic would be handled. It involved all major governments, Bill Gates, the WHO, and various other inter-governmental agencies. A Rockefeller Foundation document from 2010 outlines this plan in detail.
